Article 1 — Purpose
These Terms and Conditions govern all sales of products and services offered by TSUKY TALES on tsukytales.com. Placing an order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms.

Article 2 — Seller identity

Article 3 — Products and services
Tsuky Tales sells books, collector editions, literary boxes and related merchandise, as well as subscription plans (quarterly, annual). Products are described and presented as accurately as possible. Photographs are not contractually binding.
Article 4 — Prices
Prices are displayed in euros including all applicable taxes. Shipping costs are calculated based on the chosen delivery method and communicated before order confirmation. Tsuky Tales reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; products are invoiced at the price in effect at the time of the order.
Article 5 — Orders
An order is confirmed once payment has been validated. A confirmation email is sent to the address provided by the customer. Tsuky Tales reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a payment issue, incorrect address, or any other legitimate reason.
Article 6 — Payment
Payment is made online by credit card through the secure Stripe platform. The amount is charged at the time of order confirmation. For subscriptions, payment is automatically debited at each billing date according to the chosen plan.
Article 7 — Delivery
Orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout. Delivery times are given as estimates. Tsuky Tales cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier. Available delivery methods include home delivery and relay point (Mondial Relay).
Article 8 — Right of withdrawal
In accordance with French Consumer Code Article L221-18, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide a reason. The product must be returned in its original and complete condition. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
Article 9 — Warranties
All products benefit from the legal conformity guarantee (French Consumer Code Articles L217-4 to L217-14) and the guarantee against hidden defects (French Civil Code Articles 1641 to 1649). In case of a defective or non-conforming product, the customer may contact customer service for an exchange or refund.
Article 10 — Subscriptions
Subscriptions are automatically renewed at each billing date. The customer may cancel their subscription at any time from their account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. No refund will be issued for the current period already in progress. A skip pass may be used once per year to skip a billing cycle.
Article 11 — Intellectual property
All content on the website (text, images, illustrations, logos) is the exclusive property of Tsuky Tales or its partners. Any reproduction, representation, or exploitation, even partial, without prior written authorisation is prohibited.
Article 12 — Personal data
Personal data collected is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For more information, please refer to our dedicated page.
Article 13 — Disputes
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavour to reach an amicable resolution. Failing that, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Paris. In accordance with French Consumer Code Article L612-1, the customer may freely use a consumer mediator.
Article 14 — Pre-orders
Pre-order products are charged at the time of order. The estimated delivery date is displayed on the product page. Tsuky Tales commits to informing the customer of any significant delay. The right of withdrawal applies from the date of actual receipt of the product.
